The Heart of Illinois Softball League has partnered up with USA Softball and USA Softball of Illinois.  For HOI league games we require USA umpires.  You are responsible for providing umpires for your games.   By using USA umpires we are able to have a standard and expectations for our games.  USA umpires are background checked and use SafeSport.  This allows better protection for your athlete while on the field.

You can use any USA Softball umpire.  Jeff Keller is who we suggest to use as an umpire coordinator.  He has an umpire request template you can download and email to him.  He uses HorizonWebRef to coordinate umpires.  If you have an specific questions you can contact Jeff by email HERE.
